Building on our recent contract successes, WMR Contractors is delighted to be on-site delivering a comprehensive refurbishment project at the University of St Andrews' Agnes Blackadder Hall. Secured via a highly competitive tender process through Public Contracts Scotland, this project showcases WMR’s capability in the education sector. Our site teams are currently executing the full, high-specification upgrade of 77 student bedrooms alongside extensive ceiling replacements spanning approximately 500m². Delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency, this project reflects our ongoing commitment to transforming student living environments for world-class academic institutions.

This latest appointment serves as a natural extension of our established expertise in the education estate. WMR continues to build on the successful delivery of multiple school refurbishment projects for West Lothian Council, whilst simultaneously strengthening our presence in the private school sector, where we are currently on-site delivering specialist sports facility refurbishments at Belhaven Hill School in East Lothian.
