Business as usual, even during a transformation. We recently wrapped up an office refurbishment for Clarke Transport at their Uddingston hub. Managing a project for a busy logistics firm means there is zero room for downtime. To ensure the team could keep the wheels turning, WMR delivered a phased programme, allowing staff to continue their vital work uninterrupted.
